Leadership

Tim Booth
Partner/CEO of FVP Holdings
Mr. Tim Booth is the Partner/Chief Executive Officer of FVP Holdings.
Tim started his career in 1988 at Barclays Bank. He has extensive experience in corporate banking, credit structuring, asset management in long-only and alternative investments. Tim has worked in Europe, the Middle East and Asia Pacific for Barclays, Habibsons Bank and Citigroup. In 2017, he founded FVP Holdings, with a singular aim to help his investors achieve above average market returns consistently. Through the years, he successfully built a retail CFD broker, acquired a Quantum computing research lab and also bought over various other businesses to strengthen the firm’s capabilities to serve more customers.
Mr. Booth holds a BSC of Accounting & Finance from the University of Leeds and an MBA from Durham University Business School.

Arman Lankarani
Head of Finance FVP Holdings
Arman is the Chief Financial Officer of FVP Holdings. He leads the finance department and has over 20 years of experience in finance and leadership roles across several financial institutions. Prior to joining FVP Trade, he served as Chief Financial Officer of UFX markets from 2011 to 2017. Before joining UFX markets, he spent a decade at Citi, where he held a senior role in the treasury department. Prior to joining Citi, he was a senior vice president at Barclays Bank in the finance department.
Mr. Lankarani holds an MBA in Global Banking and Finance from the University of Birmingham

Jonathan Greene
Chief Executive Officer of FVP Trade
Mr. Jonathan Greene is the Chief Executive Officer of FVP Trade and is responsible for managing the company’s overall strategy, specifically in growing the retail CFD business. Mr. Greene was formally the Head of Wealth Management at Kleinwort Benson and was responsible for the firm’s tremendous growth in his 7 years tenure there.
Prior to joining Kleinwort Benson, he held leadership positions at Hargreaves Lansdown, Cargill and Guggenheim Partners.
Mr. Greene holds a M.Sc. in International Securities Investment & Banking from the University of Reading and an MBA from the University of Oxford.

Ethan Murray
COO FVP Trade
Mr. Murray is the Chief Operating Officer of FVP Trade. He oversees business operations within the company. Mr. Murray began his financial career in 2000 at Credit Suisse First Boston (CSFB) in New York, managing portfolio risk and exposure through credit default swaps for the Investment Banking Division. Ethan then joined GoalQuest, a software company, where he was VP of Operations for five years, responsible for all day to day functions of the company, including finance, legal, HR and IR.
Mr. Murray holds a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.

Mikhail Sokolov
Partner FVP Holdings
Mr. Sokolov started his career in Investment Banking in 1995 at Citibank. His experience spans foreign exchange, fixed income, real estate and private equity. He has previosly worked in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain and London for Citibank, UBS and InvestCorp. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from St. Petersburg School of Economics

Nick Williamson
Partner FVP Holdings
Mr. Willliamson started his career in Financial Services in 1989 at UBS. He has extensive experience in investments, corporate strategy, and M&A. Williamson has worked for Bankers Trust, the National Commercial Bank (NCB) and the Savola Group. Williamson has a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University and has completed graduate and executive programs at the University of Chicago and INSEAD. He is a member of the Market Technicians Association.

Keith Walker
Chief Risk Officer FVP Trade
Mr. Walker works with key decision personnel to identify and control the company’s market, credit and operational risks. He is responsible for risk strategy, risk reporting, risk assessment and oversees the risk profile of the company’s investment portfolio.
He joined FVP Trade as Chief Risk Officer after FVP holdings acquired his Fintech firm Global FX Technologies back in 2018. Before he ran Global FX Technologies, he served 6 years as Senior Risk Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, where he was responsible for managing the risk for the firm’s various funds, across multiple asset classes. He has extensive experience in market, counterparty and liquidity risk management.
Mr. Walker holds an FRM certification from GARP (Global Association of Risk Managers) and has a BSC in Economics and Finance from UCD Business School.

Stacy Wright
Head of Marketing FVP Trade
Stacy brings with her over 12 years of marcoms experience to the team. Throughout her career she has provided large businesses with marketing, communication and design consultancy with a particular focus on print and web design, and social media. In her spare time, she is a volunteer police for the City of Geneva and has a Bachelor of Graphic Design from North Carolina State University.

Dr David Moche
Head of Quantum Computing QLabs
Dr. David Moche started his asset management career at Fulcrum Asset Management in 2002. He was principal quantitative strategist and portfolio manager of the Multi-Asset Volatility Fund. He has extensive knowledge in machine learning, optimization, numerical algorithm implementation and systems development. Afterwards, he went on to pursue a career in Quantum computing in the states where he spent 5 years as a quantum research analyst at IBM.
In 2013, he started his own quantum research lab Qfinity Labs in UK to continue his work as a Quantum computing specialist.
FVP Holdings then acquired his company and team in 2019 to strengthen the R&D capabilities of the group.
Dr Moche holds a Phd in Data Science from Birkbeck, University of London and a B.Sc. in Mathematical Economics from Gettysburg College, Pennsylvania. He is also a graduate of the Quantum Computing program by MIT.

2017
FVP Holdings was started by CEO Tim Booth, with a singular aim to help investors achieve above average market returns by investing into a portfolio of high growth and well-managed businesses.
Mr Jonathan Greene was hired as FVP Trade’s CEO, to be fully in charge of the group’s brokerage business.
2018
FVP Holdings acquired US Fintech firm Global Fx Technologies to strengthen its core technology for its brokerage business.
FVP Trade raised funds from Deutsche Capital Group for aggressive Asia expansion.
FVP Trade opens flagship trading office and risk management center in London.
2019
FVP Trade bags 3 prestigious brokerage awards in 2018.
FVP Holdings acquired Qfinity Labs to strengthen its R&D capabilities in financial trading by harnessing the power of Quantum Computing.
2020
FVP Trade obtained its FCA regulatory license. FCA is one of the best known regulatory authorities globally, investors are now even more assured of the safety of their funds when trading with FVP Trade.
FVP Trade took part in Virtual Vision Finance Expo 2020.
